oracle报错ora-12505 Listener refused the connection with the following ....

sqlplus登录提示：提示ORA-12520:TNS:监听程序无法为请求的服务器类型找到可用的处理程序。

检查了lisenter配置文件，里面的主机名 IP都是正确的。

怀疑是进程和会话满了

1. 查看当前的进程数和会话数

select count(*) from v$process;

select count(*) from v$session;

2.检查配置中的最大值为150. 初步判断是process已达上限。

show paramter processes;

show parameter sessions;

3.修改最大值

alter system set processes = 2000 scope = spfile;

alter system set sessions= 3000 scope = spfile;

4.重启数据库生效

shutdown immediate;

startup;

5.检查配置是否已经更新生效
